Welcome to the website of the First United States Sharpshooters Company C re-enacting unit.Our re-enacting unit is comprised of men and women from Illinois, Wisconsin and Virginia. The men who originally serviced under the Company C name were from all parts of Michigan. They were chosen because of their supurb talent for always hitting their mark. Our group has chosen this unique impression from the American Civil War to help educate all to the many different types of soldiers who fought that terrible war. We encourage you to ask any questions as you see us at events or by contacting us. Thank you for your interest.

Company C is currently recruiting for new members. If you are interested in re-enacting the American Civil War and portraying the "Berdan Sharpshooters" please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to discuss involvment in this hobby.
